EL – CHARK predominantly acts for shipowners, P & I Clubs, Insurers, Charterers & Traders. In doing so it offers a broad range of services depending on the tasks required. Our spectrum of services includes :
1. Surveying, controlling , assessing loss and average adjusting regarding fire insurance. 2. Surveying, controlling, assessing loss and average adjusting regarding maritime, internal and air transport. 3. Assessing the value of all industrial and commercial establishments with a view to issuing insurance policies for covering all risks.
1. Quantification of dry bulk consignments by draft surveys before and after loading/discharging. 2. Quantification of liquid consignments by Ullage / Sounding measurements on board ships and in the shore tanks. 3. Quantification of liquefied gas consignments by measurements on board ships and in the shore tanks. 4. Surveying and reporting on the condition of consignments on board ships and following loading/discharging operations as well as surveying and assessing nature of damages in imported cargoes. 5. Drawing samples from imported cargoes and carrying out laboratory analyses to ascertain agreement with specifications as per charter parties and appointing University professors and Specialists. 6. Conducting inspection of engineering consignments comprising equipment, materials and works as per standard specifications. 7. Surveying and assessing damage to the ship’s hull due to accidents. 8. Inspection of Containers and assessing damages sustained to them. 9. Inspection of ship’s holds/tanks before loading or after discharging to establish their cleanliness.
11. Carrying out On-Hire and Off-Hire surveys as per charter parties. 12. Bunker Surveys. 13. Carrying out tallying and ascertaining weight of imported/exported cargoes on board ship. 14- Inspection of all kinds of vehicles arrived on board vessel carriers and ascertaining damage if any. |
